Since last year, doctors and PhD students from our team has been conducting regular classes popularizing science for a group of students of the 4th High School Nicolaus Copernicus in Zabrze. During the classes, students have the opportunity to get acquainted with the detailed knowledge of selected chemical issues from a wide range of research topics. The group participating in the classes has the opportunity to conduct many different chemical experiments and learn about the operation of specialized equipment. During regular visits, students are presented with various scientific activities that we successfully implement at our Department, e.g. OPUS project related to liquid metal complexes (Grant no. UMO 2020/37/B/ST8/00693).
